I'm a movement coach, personal trainer, fitness presenter with a passion for creating healthy movement and sharing it around the world.
My training method is made up of three defined movements; flexibility, core and functional training. After the pain that was caused by playing football and other sports, I set out on a journey to create a defined pain-free body and be able to compete in any sport competitively.
Using defined movements of high quality, I found that I could manage the pain and also gain a competitive advantage in my sports. To create that to happen the method focuses on full body activations, finding full range of motion and functional residence movements.
