With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, I've enjoyed, practised and taught many forms of exercise and fitness training, including Karatedo, Muay Thai, trail running and group fitness sessions. In all disciplines, having a good base level of strength and endurance is vital to be able to enjoy any form of sport, training and actually life in general. The workouts that I have put together for you here are perfect to give you that base level, in minimum time and are suitable for beginners to advanced participants as you can work at your own level so that you can gradually increase the intensity of the sessions as you progress. The main thing with any form of exercise is to HAVE FUN!

Workout

I love HIIT Training!!! It's effective and fun and not having enough time is really not an excuse ... even if you can only squeeze in 10 minutes of one of my workouts, you'll be getting your heart pumping and your endorphins flowing! Never compromise on safety and form, if you are new or feeling a bit tired on a particular day, modify the movements to suit, take out the impact to make it less intense and build up slowly.
