Why Ashleigh became a trainer
Growing up, Ashleigh’s family and gymnastics coaches always made sure she understood the reasons for creating a healthy, active lifestyle. From there stemmed her passion for health, fitness and helping people in any way possible.
Ashleigh loves seeing a person’s reaction when they achieve a goal and she understands the need for accountability and guidance in order to reach them. After personally experiencing the struggle to get back to pre-pregnancy fitness she decided to study in PT with her newborn by her side. Now it’s time to spread her new-found knowledge to as many people as possible!
