Why they became a Trainer
Growing up, my family and gymnastics coaches always made sure I understood the reasons for creating a healthy, active lifestyle. From there stemmed my passion for health, fitness and helping people in any way possible. I love seeing a persons reaction when they achieve a goal and I understand the need for accountability and guidance in order to reach them. After finding out the struggle to get back to pre-pregnancy fitness I decided to study in PT with my newborn by my side, now itís time to spread my new-found knowledge to as many people as possible!
Feel more confident when supporting gymnasts with more difficult skills. Reduce/prevent aches and pains related to weakness around heavy loaded joints. Help prevent injuries occurring when supporting or catching in awkward.

You will receive a new workout every week designed to keep you engaged and motivated. Use these workouts on their own each week or create a more varied schedule by continuing with past weeks workouts as well!
