On day 1; through an initial live hangout we will establish SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic/Relevant & Timed over 30 days.

During subsequent 30 min weekly hangouts and messaging nutrition planning and support will be discussed.  You will gain access to specifically designed workouts that will facilitate and build strategies to help you succeed. Your workouts will be progressive to ensure we create adaptation according to your goals.
