After qualifying as a personal trainer in Sydney and living in Australia for over 6 years. I am bringing the outdoor, functional experience to the UK.
I am also very passionate about strength training and am on a mission to make sure as many females as possible feel confident and comfortable with lifting weights.
With a focus on a healthy lifestyle, building confidence and wellbeing. I also work with my clients on their mindset, nutrition and empowering them to reach their full potential.
She is an educator with Faster Global and one of their top mentors. She is passionate about health and fitness and sharing this with both her clients and trainers coming into the industry.
Why they became a Trainer
I am so passionate about health and well-being. I absolutely love how exercise makes me feel, it’s addictive and I want everyone to experience that feeling. I love watching people become stronger, fitter, healthier and happier and I want everyone to become the best version of themselves.
I want to help others feel how I feel about training and happy within their bodies. There is no better feeling than feeling super fit, strong and confident.
