Why they became a Trainer

Growing up, my family and gymnastics coaches always made sure I understood the reasons for creating a healthy, active lifestyle. From there stemmed my passion for health, fitness and helping people in any way possible. I love seeing a persons reaction when they achieve a goal and I understand the need for accountability and guidance in order to reach them. After finding out the struggle to get back to pre-pregnancy fitness I decided to study in PT with my newborn by my side, now itís time to spread my new-found knowledge to as many people as possible!

You will

Understand the fundamentals of a great handstand. Reduce/prevent injuries and pains related to weakness when performing handstands. With total commitment, at the end of the course you will feel confident in performing your handstands freely and will continue to improve in stability each time you practice.

Provided for you

You will receive a new workout every week designed work you through the levels leading up to a great handstand. During the 6 weeks you will be able to communicate with Ashleigh via Email/internet and get additional support/advice to further understand and improve. You may be asked to provide a photo or video of your skill for analysis and feedback.


If you have a prior injury or ailment always seek initial medical advice before beginning any exercise programme.
