Gymnastics mad by 7, coaching it by 15, fitness fanatic forever! I’ll always be grateful to my parents for introducing me to gymnastics (because I was driving them mad climbing the furniture!) and because I was able to train for 9+ hours a week I never thought I’d come across barriers that prevented me from having the fitness levels I want as an adult. I was wrong! The kids, the work hours, the finances, all this was getting in the way of where I wanted to be. Now I want to help others overcome these barriers and many more!

Workout

Do you find that flexible workouts created to what you specifically need are easy to find at time suitable to when you want to workout? You agree that personal training is not that easily accessible, right? If it is important to you to have something that is easy to follow, on your mobile phone or laptop, at anytime of day, I want to help as many people as I can to achieve their goals. Maybe you’ve had medical advice to exercise but don’t know where to start. Perhaps you have a specific goal to achieve in your sport. Are you a Crossfit addict that just has to hit that handstand?
